Intergender
(adjective)
Those who were born intersex and feel their gender is strongly related to their being intersex. While there may be some endosex people who use the term, it is commonly understood as being exclusively for those who were born intersex and endosex people doing so may be seen as appropriative. Intergender people may or may not transition physically, legally, or socially. This is based on their understanding of their relationship with gender and their access to transitioning within their culture. Generally, intergender people are considered under the non-binary and transgender umbrellas but may or may not identify as transgender or non-binary specifically.
e.g. Evan considered virself to be intergender, as vir gender was deeply tied to vir experience as an intersex person.
